In the first quarter of 2025, Piedmont's real estate market showed mixed trends, depending on available sources.

On the other hand, Immobiliare.it reports that in February 2025, the average asking price for homes for sale in Piedmont was €1,402/m², up 6.29% from February 2024. In particular, the province of Verbania was the most expensive at €1,977/m², while Biella was the cheapest at €637/m².


In addition, an ANSA article dated Jan. 14, 2025 indicates a significant increase in demand in the Piedmont real estate market over the past 12 months, with a 24.7% increase in purchases and sales and a 19.9% increase in rents.
